1. Extraction 2 

After barely surviving his grievous wounds from his mission in Dhaka, Bangladesh, Tyler Rake is back, and his team is ready to take on their next mission.

So I was apparently the first person outside of the people involved with the movie to see the final cut of this movie. I'm under embargo so I can't review it or really give much sentiment about it. Let me say this, though. Set your fucking calendar for this release date. Be Ready. 

2. Dunkirk

Allied soldiers from Belgium, the British Commonwealth and Empire, and France are surrounded by the German Army and evacuated during a fierce battle in World War II.

I'll admit that this movie isn't what I was expecting to see when I first watched it. My expectation, based partly on some of the early advertising, was basically Saving Private Ryan but for the British. In reality, it's way less of a traditional war movie and more of a anxiety-inducing thriller set in the backdrop of one of the biggest operations of WW2. Either way, still a great movie and worth a rewatch. 

3. T2: Judgement Day

A cyborg, identical to the one who failed to kill Sarah Connor, must now protect her 10-year old son John from an even more advanced and powerful cyborg.

To me, this movie is perfection in the sci fi genre. One of the craziest things is that James Cameron directed not one, but two of the greatest sequel movies ever made between this and 'Aliens'. Just a brilliant, maniac Canadian he is. Make your girlfriend watch with you and brag how Robert Patrick trained himself not to blink while shooting his Beretta.
